"Awesome service, but a delivery time would help..."
Awesome service! It would be nice to have a delivery time slot, like morning or afternoon. The delivery driver was super helpful, and the whole process from ordering was really fast. Great service overall! I can't share my thoughts on the heater itself yet since it won't be installed for a couple of weeks.

I put a note on the door asking them to call me, but they never bothered. They messed up the delivery two times when I really needed the heater, so I gotta say, they’re not great.

I placed my order in the morning and the delivery was fantastic, arriving the very next day. I haven't taken a look at or unwrapped the stove yet since it's set to be installed in March 2023.

"Defective gas heater delivered"
Received a defective gas heater. It’s a hassle only being able to chat with customer service online; talking to a real person would make things way simpler. This just slows everything down. Now, I’m waiting to find out if they’ll come to collect the faulty unit and if I’ll get my money back.

Snagged the fireplace for a great deal and it shipped out the very same day. Got it delivered in just 2 days, which was awesome. My gas fitter showed up and installed it, and it looks fantastic. Really satisfied with the service I got from Strallen.

"Our experience was really bad!"
They lack a phone line for customer support. The response time for emails is quite lacking. The delivery was a nightmare. When it arrived, the stove was just dumped on the sidewalk, way too far from the house, sitting on these huge pallets. The delivery guy didn’t even give a heads-up. I had to hire two workers to get the stove inside since it’s super heavy. The packaging was shoddy too, with no original paperwork and a big scratch on the front door right in the center. Seriously, steer clear of this company!
